The European Consumer Centre (ECC) warns from cases of fraudulent subscription on the Internet in Italy. In German-speaking countries these cost traps are already widespread. These traps are websites that offer free programs (such as Skype, Google Earth, Adobe Reader, etc.) for download, but not for free.

Internet Service Email Server Update
Our new mailserver has been activated last weekend. The performance of the e-mail service is therefore increased by approx. 400%. All services like web mail, anti virus and spam filter are, as usual, up-to-date.
     
Punishments for undesired e-mails and fax
E-mails and fax without recipient address can be sent only with explicit consent of the person concerned. The delivery of such mailings is therefore prohibited and punishable (Italian Legislative Decree 196/03). If you are affected by these undesired e-mails or fax, you have the possibility to fill out the corresponding form and to transmit it to the sender as a warning.
